At Wootribe, we want you to love what you order. But if something’s off — a defect, a mix-up, or a delivery issue — we’re here to make it right.
Read below for all the details on cancellations, returns, and how we process refunds.
Canceling Your Order
You’ve got 24 hours to make a change.
Placed an order and had second thoughts? You can cancel it within 24 hours of purchase — totally free.
Just send a message to [email protected] with your order details. We’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
After 24 hours: Your order will already be in production. Since we make items to order, we can’t cancel it past that point.
Exchanges – Be Sure Before You Buy
We’re not able to offer exchanges for incorrect size, style, or quantity choices. Every piece is custom-made, and we rely on your confirmation at checkout.
Your best move:
If you realize an error, cancel within 24 hours and reorder with the correct details.
Returns – What Qualifies
We gladly accept returns within 180 days of delivery — as long as your reason meets our eligibility rules.
We accept returns for:
- Damaged or broken items
- Products that don’t match the design, size, or material you ordered
- You received the wrong item
- Clear differences from the advertised product description
We can’t accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products missing tags or original packaging
- Minor stitching flaws or fixable imperfections
- Issues unrelated to our product or handling
All returns must be unused and in original condition.
Filing a Refund Claim
Here’s what you’ll need to send to [email protected]:
- Order confirmation or receipt
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Shipping label or delivery documentation
- Screenshots of any prior email conversations
Please wait for our confirmation before mailing your return. We’ll get back to you in 2–3 business days with instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Use a trackable courier — Wootribe is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and is inspected:
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed
- Refunds typically take 10–15 business days to appear in your bank account

180 Days from Delivery
Returns must be initiated within 180 days of delivering your order. After that, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Final Notes
- Don’t ship anything without approval
- Items returned without original packaging or in used condition won’t be refunded
- We’re not liable for return shipping issues
- Refunds apply only to verified and eligible cases
